Founded on the bounty of our region and farm-sourced ingredients, cuisine at Pioneer Kitchen is inspirated by West Coast culinary traditions of sustainability, seasonality, and hyper-local ingredients.

The cuisine – sometimes rustic and rugged like the terrain, sometimes refined and elegant – blazes the trail for a new expression of what the region has to offer in terms of natural resources and culinary expression.
