Cuisine at French Creek
The Rocky Mountain setting in which we find ourselves is what influences each and every culinary masterpiece we set before our guests. We take a farm-to-table approach whenever possible, utilizing fresh and hearty regional fare, and the Ranch’s own Wagyu cattle, which are the cornerstone of the beef program.
Our Clubhouse
Outdoors, the Clubhouse features a spacious dining and entertainment patio with a fire pit and breathtaking views of French Creek and the surrounding area. We also feature customized meals for days in the field and stream dining, gourmet picnics, and other al fresco dining opportunities.
Covey Dining Room
Our artfully prepared menus are delivered with rustic preparation and upscale touches. These meals are complemented by a world-class selection of fine wines, premium beers, and spirits – all sourced from local breweries and distilleries.
Feast
It is not difficult to work up a huge appetite while spending full days in the field. Return to the Clubhouse for feasts like whole hog roasts, exquisite Wagyu beef, and other incredible meals fit for a king.
