Immerse yourself in a hands-on, all-inclusive, three-night epicurean retreat discovering the world of cultivating produce from seed-to-table–or to glass. Learn about our three greenhouses scaling over 20,000 square feet total, our hydroponics gardening systems, and different types of environments for a variety of crops. Our expert teams will guide you through seeding, planting, pruning, and more before transferring produce into the hands of chefs and mixologists–you for the weekend! Learn about harvesting vegetables, fruits, and herbs for peak flavor before rolling up your sleeves to work with the fresh, off-the-vine ingredients to craft the ideal cuisine and cocktails.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RETREAT ITINERARY
Thursday Arrival:
- Welcome Reception and Greenhouse Tour with a Greenhouse Smoothie or Margarita in-hand before Dinner at The Farm’s fine-dining restaurant, Cheyenne Club.
Friday Morning:
- Begin your day with fresh-pressed green juice and farm-roasted coffee.
- Dive into the innerworkings of sustainable hydroponics gardening and seeding, including the computer system for efficient plant nutrient delivery, optimal growing conditions, and water conservation.
- Begin your Greenhouse immersion with the Lettuce and Strawberry systems–learning about heating, cooling, mist systems, and more importantly, tasting as we go.
- Discuss root and vine vegetable culture, bees, herbs, and edible flowers.
Friday Afternoon:
- Indulge in a colorful Greenhouse lunch at the Chef’s demo counter, including herb crust bread and garden salads with protein and your fresh-picked produce selections.
- Continue your growing education with vining crops, from seeding and soil, to transplanting and plant care.
- Discuss the differences between GMO vs Heirlooms vs Hybrids.
- Time to get your hands dirty! Perfect your gardening skills pruning tomatoes, leaning and lowering, and transplanting root crops.
- Discover the world of pests and the important precautions to mitigate them, including beneficial organisms and organic pest management.
Saturday Morning:
- Begin your day with fresh-pressed green juice and farm-roasted coffee.
- Learn all about herb gardening, from cooking spices to herbal remedies for healthy living.
- Improve your knowledge and skills in the kitchen with a hands-on cooking class alongside our expert culinary team. Taste healthy oils and vinegars while learning about different cooking techniques for different proteins, including sous vide and vegetable preparation.
- Enjoy the fruits of your labor for lunch at the Chef’s demo counter.
Saturday Afternoon:
- Sit back and relax while concocting and enjoying herbal aperitifs.
- Begin the mixology experience learning how to set up your at home bar, what tools you’ll need, and making your mixers–syrups, tonics, and oleos.
- Review the different base spirits and flavor profiles before mixing.
- Let our expert mixologist guide you through a series of cocktail tastings utilizing fresh botanicals from the Greenhouse.
- Try your hand at crafting the ideal cocktail combination.
Saturday Evening:
- Celebrate your epicurean journey with a final farm-to-table dinner at the Cheyenne Club with paired wine and spirits.
Sunday Departure:
- Enjoy a cozy breakfast by the grand fireplace and panoramic ranch views from the main lodge before departing.
