WYOMING GOLD RUSH

In an ice filled shaker, combine the following:

• 1.5oz of Brush Creek Straight Bourbon Whiskey
• .75oz of Honey
• .75oz of Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge or orange twist, adding a hint of citrus to compliment this summertime refresher.

In a shaker, without any ice, add the following ingredients and shake vigorously, causing the egg white to become light and foamy as part of the dry shake:

• 1.5oz of Brush Creek New American Gin
• 1oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2-3 tbsp of Honey
• 1 Egg White

Then add ice and shake a few more times.  Strain all the ingredients into a tall coupe glass, and garnish with a summertime inspiration (lemon twist, seasonal flowers, or fresh honeycomb).  A refreshing, easy to make cocktail, fitting of longer days and warmer weather ahead.
